Tuesday 6th January The Feast of the Epiphany – when the wise men, visited the baby Jesus.  This feast brings to a conclusion our Christmas celebrations. It is a custom to bless our doors on this day so that we are all blessed, as we walk through our school. The CMB stands for the names given to the Magi, but also ‘Christus Mansionem Benedicat’ – Latin for ‘Christ bless this place’ and the first two numbers of the year + C + M + B + the last two numbers of the year.
