Welcome to St Paul’s Catholic School. You will find us to be a warm inclusive community where we are inspired and motivated by the words of the prophet Micah and the words of our school prayer; “Act justly, love tenderly and walk humbly with your God.”
We are one of 23 schools who all belong to the St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust. We are bound together by the Trust mission to “prepare all our young people for a wholesome, fulfilling and active life in the future making a valuable contribution to society.” We are committed to the education of the whole person and look to foster each student’s gifts and talents whatever they may be.
This website contains both essential information which I hope will prove useful to you as one of our parents or someone wanting to know more about us and our school. The website should also give you a snap shot into our busy, vibrant community which is a wonderful place to work and study.

Our Sixth Form students have been making Shoe Boxes for the charity, Operation Christmas Child. This charity distribute shoe boxes to children all over the world, who do not receive any Christmas gifts. It is also used as a way to ensure all people can experience and feel the love of God, through this act of solidarity.🌍🎁💜🧡

With the month of October dedicated to the Holy Rosary, Pope Leo XIV offers us a special invitation:
"Dear brothers and sisters, I invite everyone, each day of this month, to pray the Rosary for peace - personally, with your family, and in community.
Let us unite together as children of God and of the Catholic Church to pray for peace - from our homes, in our parishes, wherever we may be”
🙏🏻📿💜🧡

Year 7 Saints Day - our Year 7 forms, presented their Saints to one another - St John Bosco, St Josephine Bakhita, St Oscar Romero, Mother Teresa, Bl Chiara Badano and St Pier Girogio Frassatti. After a very close vote, they chose one of our newest declared Saints as their Patron, St Pier Girogio Frassatti.
St Pier Giorgio, was born in 1901 in Turin to a wealthy family. St Pier Giorgio would take groups of his friends up to the mountains, hiking up to shrines where he would lead the rosary. In Turin, he would visit the sick as part of the Catholic Action group and used Catholic Social Teaching, to demonstrate for workers rights in the new factories being opened. He died at the age of 24 (probably from Polio) picked up from his visiting of the sick and poor. He was declared a Saint by Pope Leo XIV, in September 2025.
A great Saint for our Year 7 students to follow as their Patron! 💜🧡🙏🏻

Day 2 – Silver DofE
The teams returned from their expedition feeling happy, though a little more tired than the day before. After a well-earned dinner, spirits lifted again as everyone enjoyed playing games together. The evening was made extra special by celebrating one student’s 16th birthday, complete with cake and plenty of laughter. 💜🧡🎂

Huge congratulations to our lucky year 7 & 8 students, Saffiya and Ayomiposi, who each received a signed copy of Tamsin Winter’s brilliant new book `I Dare You!` after finding a golden ticket inside a copy of their form-time read. We can’t wait to see what they think of this inspiring read. 💜🧡📖#tamsinwinterauthor #tamsinwinterbooks
