What happens when my child forgets their bus pass?
Our policy at Confidence is simple. Our drivers are issued with a list of pass holders. If a child has lost or forgotten their pass then the driver should check their name against the list. If the name is on the list then the child should be allowed to use the bus until the pass is found or replaced, probably no more than two or three days. If the name is not on the list then the child will be asked to pay the standard fare for the journey. If the child cannot pay then they will still be allowed to travel to school where arrangements should be made for the child to be able to pay for the return journey.
What happens if my child loses a bus pass?
Confidence will provide a replacement for a payment of £10.
What happens if the bus breaks down?
Our policy regarding breakdowns is that the children should remain with the bus until either it is repaired/replaced or until they are collected by a parent.
